How We Work

Four Phases of a Leak-Free Window Package

The same documented workflow is applied to a 40-unit affordable project and a 500-unit podium build. It is how we protect schedules, keep inspections moving and avoid rework in the field.

Pre-Construction

Plan review, opening take-offs, product and glazing selection against Title 24 / energy criteria, architectural submittals, shop drawings and long-lead procurement planning.

Pre-Installation

Jobsite mock-ups with the window and flashing manufacturers, water testing, rough-opening verification and an approved flashing sequence signed off before production starts.

Installation

Delivery sequencing floor by floor, supervised in-house crews, recessed and flush-fin conditions, weather-barrier integration and daily quality checks with the superintendent.

Post Installation

Punch-list response, glass and hardware replacement, warranty coordination with manufacturers and long-term service support after turnover and occupancy.
